  1. Find happiness besides in food
  2. Dont reward yourself with food
  3. STOP WHEN YOUR FULL no matter how much is left on your plate stop
  4. satisfaction rather than stuffed
  5. get your ass up and go work out
  6. Think before you eat 
  7. Eat slowly when your hungry
  8. Avoid trigger foods
  9. Dont deprive (have a few bites of that cake, then stop
  10. remember its not easy but you can do it
  11. Drink lots of water
