Back on track!

Well after a weekend of eating what ever I wanted was over it was time to get back on track! for a pre workout snack I had a small bowl of fiber cereal Total 100

My workout was an intense hour. The 4 days off gave me so much energy. I ran 20 mins on 5.5-7.5 it made 5.5 feel like walking! I biked for 10 mins totaling my 30 mins of cardio. Then I did legs I burned a total of 400 calories!

Dinner was Greek Chicken Salad I love this protein packed goodness!

Banana roll up

1/2 greek yogurt 
3 tbs pumpkin puree
sprinkle sugar,rasions,kashi,granola
total 120
