This Winter Is Wonderful!

Last night when I got off the airplane I went to Whole Foods because there open till 10 on sundays, and were busy I bought
Coconut butter and Justin's Maple Almond butter
definitely worth the 23.50!

I started out this morning with a wonderful bowl of oats,
1/2 oats             150
1c almond milk   35
1 banana        100
couple rasons    20
1/2 teaspoon coconut butter (New) 15
1/2 teaspoon Justin's maple almond butter (new!)15
Total 340

For lunch I had a salad with

 balsamic and                 50

 a slice  of Ezekial bread with 80

 1/2 tsp of almond butter 30

total-160

Its so beautiful out today I am going to run outside!
