Last night dinner was crepes and bannana pancakes!
total carbo loading but so worth it!
Crepes (makes 5 crepes)

  • 1/2 oat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 almond milk
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Toppings

  • pumpkin yogurt (pumpkin puree+greek yogurt)
  • Greek yogurt
  • sliced bananna
  • pecans




Bannan  Pancakes ( makes about 5 small pancakes)
1/4 whole wheat pastry flower
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4c almond milk
1/2 or more smashed banana 
1tsp vanilla
1tsp brown sugar
dash of salt
