For breakfast I went all out! I had 

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 oatmeal
  • splash of keirf (never agian it made it bitter and cold)
  • coconut
  • almond and Tjs cookie butter
sprinkle of walnuts
after that I had a spoonful of Greek mixed with some almond milk and Keirf... it wasn't as good as I had hoped! 

around 10:30 I had 2 pumpkin protein bars! these are fantastic!

for lunch I ate in the cafeteria (ick) I had a bowl of french onion soup with salad
1/2 Turkey Burger
poppy seed dressing
about 1/2 tbs of spinach artichoke dip 
1/2 pita slice

for a snack I had 
rice cake with
almond butter
apple butter
(this weekend im going to make some pumpkin butter!)
